FM Radio Strategic Investor Program 

Thru our Strategic Investor Program (SIP), individuals, entrepreneurs, and other parties can invest in FM radio stations without the need to establish and operate the radio stations themselves. ACWS-UBNI will construct, operate and maintain the stations. In exchange for the investment of the strategic partner, it will be entitled to regular airtime allotment which it can either use for itself or market to 3rd parties resulting in either considerable savings as an airtime user, or very attractive returns as an investor.

SIP MODEL KEY FEATURES

  • SIP partner(s) will invest to fund the FM Station Capital expenditures
     

  • To match the level of interest of potential SIP Partners, the investment sizes come in packages of between P1M to P4.5M
     

  • Airtime allotment to the SIP Partner will be between one to three hours per day for a minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 5 years
     

  • ACWS-UBNI will construct maintain and assume the operating costs for the FM Station
     

  • SIP Partner shall be responsible for the production of content on its allocated airtime slot
     

  • SIP Partner can solicit advertising and sponsorships on its allocated timeslot
     

  • ACWS-UBNI can assist the SIP partner in soliciting ads and sponsorships on its timeslot
