MVDS Strategic Investor Program Package4

Our Strategic Investor Program (SIP) will allow parties to invest in MVDS stations without the need to establish and operate the MVDS station facilities themselves. ACWS-UBNI will construct, operate and maintain the stations. In exchange for the investment of the strategic partner, it will be entitled to a share of revenue from the MVDS station operations which will result to very attractive returns for the SIP Partner.

SIP MODEL KEY FEATURES

  • SIP partner(s) will invest to fund the MVDS Station Capital expenditures

  • To match the level of interest of potential SIP Partners, the investment sizes for MVDS Headend with Transmitter Facility come in packages of between P2.5M to P7.5M

 

  • The SIP Partner will be entitled to a share of gross revenue for up to a maximum period of 5 years
     

  • ACWS-UBNI will construct, maintain and assume the operating costs for the MVDS Station
     

  • SIP Partner will be offered an option to become an Exclusive Distributor of Set Top boxes and reload units in a territory to be designated by ACWS-UBNI. This will be an additional source of income for the SIP Partner.
